Véndory — young startup designed to improve the user and customer experience of ecomm in the Balkan peninsula.

I participate in the project in the dual role of product manager and product designer: designing the logic of the entire product, generating hypotheses and testing it, organizing the work between the design, development and business teams

<aside> ⚠️ Problem at the start

Having done research on competitors, it became clear that the customer and user experience offered was rather underdeveloped.

****When I joined the team after the previous designer left, I had the daunting task of correcting his mistakes. After the audit, I drew up the main hypotheses as to why the marketplace was poorly designed at the time.

To avoid guessing and playing randomness I decided to go to the users and find out what they don't like about the product now - I started with usability testing.

After running the test on 15 respondents (8 on the desktop version and 7 on the mobile version), in many ways the main problems of the existing UX were found.

Having sorted out the results of the test, I made a detailed redesign plan

As a result what I’he done ar Véndory? Actually, a lot..
