Eatagram — is a SaaS product in FoodTech designed for restaurant business owners. The platform supports the work of restaurateurs and their teams.

It offers business management tools including order management, internal management, analytics, marketing solutions, customer and guest side operations.

The main goal is to simplify processes in the restaurant business and help restaurant owners build processes.

I was requested to conduct a UX audit of the existing product design and make changes as required to demonstrate to investors, as well as prepare prototypes so that it would be possible to demonstrate the full product to early adopters.

The problem was to re-formulate a design system that was not previously structured, not conducive to rapid growth of the product by sections, and not possible to create complex prototypes because components and variables were not implemented.

The process

My main task was to first collect all the technical and functional requirements for the product, and together with the sales manager to create a product roadmap by release

The design of the first iteration was supposed to collect mockups of the main functional features - menu management and analitics.

AI implementation, employee and documentation management, location data, ratings and recommendation system are in development and their design is underway according to the plan

We conducted a survey of existing solutions, and made a number of functional hypotheses.

At the same time, I started working on the system design based on what the product already had. The main task was to shape it in such a way that it would be possible to quickly test different solutions in the future, and then make changes afterwards.
