KHAV — the pret a porter brand working in the atelier format. Clothes are made for a specific person according to his or her measurements. I completely took over the process of creating a website for the brand, building CX and designing CJM, was responsible for the site's analytics, as well as dealing with the brand's development strategy.

The challenge was to create a clothing brand from scratch, building on existing items and branding already in place.

The main stages were the creation of a website and a strategy to promote and attract first sales.

As a result, a website-shop was created, which allowed the brand to set up a sales system - as a result, the first sales were attracted and traffic was launched. A brand development and promotion strategy was developed. Every month the number of sales does not decrease and the perception of the brand among customers is strengthened.
